By accessing PexelUp.net or purchasing a template, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree with any part of these terms, please don’t use the site.

Licenses

When you buy a template, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. Unless an extended license is purchased, our standard license allows you to:

• Use the template to build a single end product (a website for yourself or one client).
• Modify and customize the template to fit your needs.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the template files as-is.
• Include the template in a product whose primary value is the template itself.
• Claim the original template as your own work.

Payments

Prices are listed on each product page and are charged at checkout through our payment provider. You’re responsible for any applicable taxes. Access to download files is granted immediately after a successful payment.

Refunds

Templates are digital products. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy — please review it before purchasing.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including templates, text, graphics, and logos — is the property of PexelUp.net or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Your license grants usage rights only; it does not transfer ownership.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Templates are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee they will be error-free or meet every requirement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PexelUp.net is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our templates.
