Refund Policy

Digital products

All templates sold on PexelUp.netare digital products delivered instantly. Because they cannot be “returned” once downloaded, all sales are generally final. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase — so we offer refunds in the situations below.

When you’re eligible for a refund

• The template files are corrupted or won’t import, and we can’t fix it.
• The product is materially not as described on its product page.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.

When refunds don’t apply

• You changed your mind after downloading the files.
• You bought the wrong template by mistake but it works as described.
• You lack the required software or plan (e.g. a paid Framer plan) listed in the requirements.
• The request is made more than 14 days after purchase.

How to request a refund

Email us within 14 days of your purchase through the contact page, include your order number, and tell us what went wrong. We’ll review your request and, where possible, try to resolve the issue first — many problems are quick fixes.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. It can take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
